Concept: Tom Arnel, the Founder and Creator of Tom&Serge, The Sum of us, Common Grounds and Encounter has taken on a new challenge. A venue in the main entrance of the iconic ICD Brookfield Building, spanning over 1800 square meters is about to be transformed into one of the most prestigious F&B Projects Dubai has seen. With multiple themed areas in an open plan yet separated venue offering a wide variety of Seafood, Meat and delicatessen.

The Interior Design is prepared by the Star Architect David Archer from London and the Kitchen MEP and Architectural Design is under the control of Focus Hospitality Consulting. We are also engaged to manage the entire project and coordinate with the best Consultants, Contractors, Specialists to make this project a success.

The venue is due to open in Q4 2022
