Client: Canary Club JLT

Concept: Another success story created by Joey Ghazal (creator and founder of The Maine) has been initiated in the middle of the Pandemic. The selected unit was a Sales Centre for the upscale Banyan Tree Residence in JLT. At the time only the first floor was inhabitable and significant building modifications were required to transform the roof of the building to a lush garden with kitchen, bar, toilets, elevator extension to cater for over 200 people.

The theme reminds of Miami in the 70's and is a colourful retro creation with the usual attention to detail. Focus Hospitality Consulting has been engaged for the Kitchen, MEP and Architectural Design. The interior Design was driven by Joey and Eddy Ghazal and the execution was in the good hands of Dynamic Motion and Canary al Madina.

Since the day of the opening, the venue is booming and receives the best ratings online and will be even more successful after the grand opening of the roof terrace.
