Kitopi as one of the fastest expanding Cloud Kitchen operators in the region is planning to build one of the largest food processing plants in the entire Middle East. A plot of 20,000 square metres with a built up area of over 12,000 Square metres is being designed by Focus Hospitality Consulting to cater for the increasing demand of ready to cook food. A staggering 50 tons of prepared food shall leave the plant on a daily basis. The shier scale of this Central Kitchen exceeds the capacity of any similar installation all over the GCC.

Focus Hospitality Consulting has been appointed for the Kitchen, MEP and Architectural Design as well as the Project Management and Lead Consultants for this project.

The design has been completed and execution is about to commence shortly.
