Emirates Airlines Headquarters Staff dining / Refurbishment of 5 restaurants in EK HQ

Concept: Focus Hospitality Consulting has been appointed by EKFC as the kitchen Consultants for the refurbishment project at Emirates Airlines Headquarters. The area covers 450sqm of BOH areas which serve 5 individual F&B venues. The plan is to develop a Deli concept, A Burger concept, a healthy restaurant, a high-end patisserie coffee shop and the buffet type venue. We are working closely with Keane Design, Bluehaus Engineering and Compass Project Management on this project.

We have developed the BOH design in coordination with the operations team as well as the Chefs for this project. The tender has been issued to EKFC and contractors have been appointed directly by the client. Focus has overseen the construction period, the supply and installation of the kitchen equipment and witnessed the testing and commissioning and hand over to the operators.

The Project was completed in May 2020
