Dark Kitchens 2020

Concept: The client is a developer who creates multiple dark kitchens for independent F&B operators in order to operate online restaurants all over the word. Typically, such units span between 700 sqm to 1200 sqm and comprise between 20 and 30 kitchens ready for operators plugging in their cooking equipment and offer their menus via online services such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and many other delivery platforms.

So far, several venues in the UAE have been acquired and the scope of Focus Hospitality Consulting is to carry out site evaluations, prepare Due Diligence reports, prepare the detailed design for Architectural, MEP and Kitchens. Upon approval we carry out the tender process up to contractor appointment and provide Project Management services up to testing and commissioning and handover to the client.

The first Project was completed in early 2020 the other 3 are ongoing.
