Concept: Design and Built a Central Production Kitchen in Al Quoz

Focus Hospitality Consulting has been appointed to evaluate an existing warehouse (750sqm) in Al Quoz. Based on the feasibility, the design process has started where Focus prepared the as built drawings followed by the Civil, MEP and Kitchen Design. The works have been tendered and evaluated by Focus and contractors have been appointed accordingly. Focus has managed the entire project on behalf of the client up to testing and commissioning.

The project was completed early 2020
