Concept: A 700+ Room 4 Star property, located in the end strip of Dubai Marina, just a stone throw away from The Walk at JBR.

Our scope was to oversee the BOH installations and advise the client on all BOH related operational aspects. We have obtained the necessary authority approvals, did testing and commissioning and handover to the operator. The hotel operates now successfully and has redefined the 4 Star standards for this area.

We have furthermore assisted during the concept creation of the Blacksmith restaurant on the first floor carrying out market surveys and development of the newly created brand.
