Concept: This property was a blueprint only when Focus Hospitality Consulting was appointed for the BOH design and Laundry Consultant scope. The 450+ Room 4 Star Hotel is located in Business Bay, Dubai and comprises of several F&B units.

Focus Hospitality Consulting developed the entire BOH operation together with the hotel owners and operators. The project is ongoing and shall be completed by end of 2019.

The scope of Focus Hospitality Consulting is BOH Design, Waste Management Strategies and Tender process, Project Management up to testing and commissioning and handover.
