Concept: This property was a blue print only when Focus Hospitality Consulting was appointed for the role as Kitchen and Laundry Consultants. The 400+ Room 4 Star Hotel is located at Al Marsa Street near Dubai Marina Mall.

Focus Hospitality Consulting has been involved from the first day and developed the entire BOH operation together with the hotel owners and operators. The project has been completed and is operational since early 2019. Amongst the F&B Venues we have the Master Chef restaurant and Nama on the first floor as well as the Luggage bar which is a hidden gem serving a wide variety of beverages to the guests.

The scope of Focus Hospitality Consulting is BOH Design, Waste Management Strategies, Tender and Project Management up to handover to the operator.
