Scope: Anantara by RAK Properties was completely designed and was undergoing value engineering measures. ECG/ Perkins Eastman appointed Focus Hospitality Consulting to review the existing BOH design and find ways to reduce the cost significantly without compromising the efficiency and productivity of the Main building BOH areas and its capacity.

Focus Hospitality Consulting has taken on the task and redesigned the entire BOH areas achieving significant power, space and cost savings. The revised design has been approved by all involved parties and the revised design has been tendered with qualified kitchen equipment suppliers.

Focus Hospitality Consulting managed to achieve a reduction in power consumption by around 45%. Cost savings in the range of 61% and space savings by 27%. The new design has been approved by all stake holders and the tenders have been received and are currently under review.

The project is due to be completed in early 2021.
