Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC)

Concept: EKFC operates its own F&B units at the Emirates Head Quarters at DXB. Focus Hospitality Consulting has successfully designed and assisted during the refurbishment of the Emirates HQ. In light of the EXPO, EKFC decided to take over 3 full pavilions each 2 to 3 floors and implement the very successful concepts that have been launched in May 2020 at the Emirates HQ.
Focus Hospitality Consulting has been appointed to design all BOH areas for the 3 pavilions which include 15 restaurants. One of them is in cooperation with CSI from the USA. Focus Hospitality Consulting has been working closely with the chefs and operators to design the most efficient and cost-effective kitchen solutions for all 15 restaurants.
The Projects were deemed to be completed in May and June 2020 but due to the Corona Virus the EXPO 2020 has been postponed. The scope of Focus Hospitality Consulting is to design, tender and supervise the construction, the supply and installation of all kitchens in these pavilions.
The Project was due to be completed in June 2020 and has now been postponed to 2021.
