Concept: Focus Hospitality Consulting has been appointed as the BOH Consultants for the development of the IRIS Meydan project. Our scope of works is the Concept design, Schematic Design and Detailed Design ready for tender and the tender evaluation up to Kitchen Equipment Suppliers appointment.

The Client is building a new nightlife venue near the Meydan race course. The space covers over 2000sqm of restaurant, bar and recreational areas. Focus Hospitality Consulting is working closely with the designers, Architects and Project Managers to define the required BOH areas and prepare the detailed design ready for tender. The Tender evaluation has been completed and the kitchen equipment suppliers will be appointed in due time.
