Gotha Night Club 2018 / Project Management

Concept: Another prime brand is entering the nightlife scene in Dubai. In cooperation with the brand owners and the designers, Focus Hospitality has been awarded to manage the planning and project management for this prestigious nightlife venue. The 1400 square meter venue was shell and core at the time when the project was awarded. Focus Hospitality Consulting was managing the project and all its facets from Client representative, advisors, technical supervision and compliance with the rules and regulations here in Dubai.

The project was one of the most complicated and sophisticated challenges we had experienced. There were structural elements such as elevators, stairs, stages but also acoustic elements which had to be overcome to complete the works.

The venue opened in February 2018 and created a new dimension of sound and visuals in the night life experience of Dubai.
