The Maine Street Eatery Studio City

Concept: The Maine Street Eatery is a perfect adaption of the very first 'The Maine' which has become one of the iconic restaurants in Dubai. The Maine Street Eatery is slightly smaller with the same offering in a cozy and warm environment. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the newly opened Studio One Hotel designed by Paul Bishop.

The venue is adjacent to the pool with a beautiful terrace with pergola shading and plants. The indoor is divided in dining and bar as well as the BOH areas.

The scope of Focus Hospitality Consulting was to translate the creative aspects as well as the operational requirements from the creator and founder Joey Ghazal. His ideas were transferred by Focus into drawings, tender packages for Kitchen, Interior Design and MEP Design. The Contract has been awarded and Focus was managing the entire project up to testing and commissioning and handover to the client.

The restaurant is operational since April 2019 and is doing extraordinary well.
